主要從事人工智能、模式識別、情感計(jì)算、人機(jī)交互以及紅外目標(biāo)檢測、跟蹤、識別和評價(jià)等領(lǐng)域的研究。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、863計(jì)劃課題、教育部博士點(diǎn)基金優(yōu)先發(fā)展領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目、北京市自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、航空基金項(xiàng)目、航天支撐基金和國際合作項(xiàng)目等10余項(xiàng),并主持了中國載人航天工程部分項(xiàng)目及其它多項(xiàng)橫向課題。
在國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊和會議上發(fā)表論文公開發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文140余篇,出版國內(nèi)外專著4部,申請專利60余項(xiàng),其中已授權(quán)20余項(xiàng),軟件著作權(quán)1項(xiàng)。
