周尚波,男,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。四川大學(xué)計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)碩士,電子科技大學(xué)電路與系統(tǒng)博士,重慶大學(xué)控制科學(xué)與控制工程博士后。在重慶航天機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)院工作期間,先后擔(dān)任計(jì)算機(jī)工程部經(jīng)理,軍品所副所長(zhǎng)等職,從事航天某系列型號(hào)的總體設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真及試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理等工作,發(fā)表了多篇重要的航天國(guó)防科技報(bào)告并實(shí)現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng),為該型號(hào)發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻(xiàn),獲航天062基地首屆“十杰青年”的稱號(hào)。2003年至今在重慶大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院工作,是 “服務(wù)計(jì)算團(tuán)隊(duì)”學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,“信息物理社會(huì)可信服務(wù)計(jì)算”教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室“可信服務(wù)計(jì)算理論與模型”方向?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人。國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),重慶市、廣西省、天津市等自然科學(xué)基金通信評(píng)審專家。先后主持完成JW20*25050、JW20*2007001等多項(xiàng)軍工項(xiàng)目,申請(qǐng)人在確保保密的情況下發(fā)表了一定的研究成果,并主持或參與完成多項(xiàng)與圖像處理相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目,因此在圖像特征提取與處理方面具有理論基礎(chǔ)及實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。已在Physics Letters A、Physical Review E、Chaos, Solitons and Fractals、Nonlinear Dynamic、Multimedia Tools Application、Automatica、Commun Nonlinear Sci Numer Simulat、Mathematical Problems in Engineering等國(guó)際期刊上發(fā)表了120余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,其中發(fā)表SCI 檢索20余篇、EI 檢索40余篇,專利授權(quán)7項(xiàng)。
