寧波大學(xué)食品與藥學(xué)學(xué)院簡(jiǎn)介

 

寧波大學(xué)食品與藥學(xué)學(xué)院于2018年6月成立，由寧波大學(xué)原海洋學(xué)院的食品科學(xué)與工程類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)和海洋藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)共同組建而成，其中食品科學(xué)與工程類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)前身為創(chuàng)建于1958年的原浙江水產(chǎn)學(xué)院水產(chǎn)品加工系。在長(zhǎng)期的辦學(xué)積淀中，已形成了本、碩、博多層次協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的辦學(xué)格局。

學(xué)院建有“食品科學(xué)工程”浙江省一流學(xué)科與“藥學(xué)”寧波市重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，現(xiàn)有“水產(chǎn)資源綜合利用”二級(jí)博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，“食品科學(xué)與工程”一級(jí)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)；“食品科學(xué)與工程”、“海洋藥學(xué)”2個(gè)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)，其中食品科學(xué)與工程專(zhuān)業(yè)是浙江省新興特色專(zhuān)業(yè)和寧波市優(yōu)勢(shì)專(zhuān)業(yè)，海洋藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)是浙江省首個(gè)該類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)及省新興特色專(zhuān)業(yè)。

學(xué)院擁有“海洋生物技術(shù)與工程”國(guó)家地方聯(lián)合工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室、“應(yīng)用海洋生物技術(shù)”教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、浙江省動(dòng)物蛋白食品精深加工技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、寧波市健康食品與海洋藥物重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和生物芯片國(guó)家工程研究中心寧波分中心等科研平臺(tái)。并建有教育部與國(guó)家外專(zhuān)局聯(lián)合資助的“高等學(xué)校學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智計(jì)劃”(即“111計(jì)劃”)海洋生物醫(yī)藥創(chuàng)新引智基地、李達(dá)三葉耀珍伉儷李本俊海洋生物醫(yī)藥研究中心和中澳食品與健康聯(lián)合研究中心。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工66名（含外籍教師4名）。師資隊(duì)伍中，具有正高13名，副高14名，博導(dǎo)10名，碩導(dǎo)30余名；其中，擁有中國(guó)科學(xué)院共享院士1名，國(guó)家級(jí)人才1名，國(guó)家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系崗位科學(xué)家1名，浙江省高校“錢(qián)江學(xué)者”特聘教授1名，浙江省杰出青年基金獲得者2名，浙江省151人才6名；80%以上的教師具有海外留學(xué)背景，并與多所國(guó)外高校開(kāi)展合作研究。近年來(lái)，學(xué)院教師主持承擔(dān)各類(lèi)科研項(xiàng)目180余項(xiàng)，其中國(guó)家級(jí)30余項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)50余項(xiàng)，共獲資助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)費(fèi)4000萬(wàn)元以上。獲得教育部高等學(xué)?？茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。

學(xué)院目前在讀博士、碩士研究生250余人，本科生340余人。學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成果豐富，近三年核心期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文300余篇，10多個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲挑戰(zhàn)杯大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)競(jìng)賽、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)競(jìng)賽省部級(jí)以上獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

學(xué)院以國(guó)際化、高端化、海洋化為新的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)特色，旨在建成國(guó)際化示范學(xué)院，更好為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)在食品工程、海洋生物醫(yī)藥等領(lǐng)域有國(guó)際化寬視野、專(zhuān)業(yè)化高水平、海洋化強(qiáng)特色的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才。

Introduction of College of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences

College of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences (CFPS) at Ningbo University was established in June 2018. CFPS is comprised of the Food Science and Engineering Program and Marine Pharmacy Program which were both formerly part of the School of Marine Sciences. In particular, the Food Science and Engineering Program was originated from Faculty of Aquatic Product Processing, Zhejiang College of Fishery which was established in 1958. Having extensive and rich experiences in both teaching and research, CFPS is offering bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral education.

CFPS is comprised of the “Food Science and Engineering Discipline” which is a top-level discipline in Zhejiang Province and “Pharmaceutical Discipline” which is a Key Discipline in Ningbo city. CFPS is capable of conducting doctoral education in “Comprehensive Utilization ofAquatic Resources Program”, masters’ education in “Food Science and Engineering Program” and bachelor’s education in “Food Science and Engineering Program” and also “Marine Pharmacy Program”. In particular, our “Food Science and Engineering Program” has been named as the New Emerging Program in Zhejiang province and Ningbo city. Meanwhile, our “Marine Pharmacy Program” is the first education program in this fieldin Zhejiang Province has also been named as the new emerging program in Zhejiang Province.

CFPS has set up various scientific research platforms which include National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory in Marine Biotechnology and Engineering, Key Laboratory of Applied Marine Biotechnology of Ministry of Education, Key Laboratory of Animal Protein Deep-processing Technology of Zhejiang Province, Key Laboratory of Healthy Food and Marine Drugs of Ningbo City, and Bio-chip National Engineering Research Institute of Ningbo City. CFPS has also set up the Foreign Expert Base Program in Marine Biomedicne (the National“111 Project”), which is co-founded by the Ministry of Education and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin, Kenneth Li Marine Biopharmaceutical Research Center and Australia-China Joint Research Center of Food and Health.

CFPS currently has 64 staff members (including 4 foreign faculties), including 13 full professors, 14 associate professors, 10 Ph.D candidate supervisors, and more than 30 master candidate supervisors. CFPS also has a team of knowledgeable and rigorous scholars, including a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a scholar supported by the Recruitment Program of Global Experts, a scientist in National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System, a Qianjiang Scholar, two winners of Zhejiang Provincial Foundation of Outstanding Young Scientists, and six scholars of the 151 Talent Program. Among them, more than 80% of the faculty members have overseas educational background and established joint researches with many universities abroad. In recent years, researchers in CFPS have involved in more than 180 scientific research projects which included more than 30 national projects and 50 ministerial and provincial projects. CFPS has obtained research funding of more than 40 million RMB. In addition, CFPS has won the College Excellent Achievement Prize of Scientific Research of Ministry of Education, and three Science and Technology Progress Award (class two) at provincial and ministerial levels.

At present, CFPS has more than 250 PhD, master students and 340 undergraduate students. Students have made great achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship, and have published 300 academic research papers in core journals. More than 10 projects in CFPS have won the “Challenge Cup” award and “Internet Plus” Entrepreneurship Competition award which were both at the ministerial and provincial levels and above.

College of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Ningbo University, aims to develop an international education program with a strong emphasis on marine resources. We aim to educate young talents with broad horizon, solid professional knowledge and strong innovative and entrepreneurial skills.
